Does MSDN Download X17-75238 (Office Professional Plus 2010 with Sp1) include BCM

Can anyone say (with certaintity) whether the above mentioned download from Microsoft MSDN is supposed to include the BCM (Business Contact Manager).
I have installed the download but there is no BCM.

I tried to download Business Contact Manager separately from the main Microsoft Download site and it did not accept either my MSDN product key or TechNet product key.

All assistance is greatly appreciated.
