Advent with multiple corrupt drivers

Evening,

I have an Advent here that has loads of corrupt drivers including DVD and USB. The last thing the customer installed was iTunes, but I have tried everything I can think of and can't get any other drivers installed.

When I try to use other drivers (driver packs) it says the current driver is the best one, even though it doesn't work.

Anyone else come across this?
