Default Downloading software at clients house/office

Does anyone know of a portable download manager I could use to help me download stuff quickly. I need it when i'm at clients office/home and need software I don't carry with me.

Thanks in advance.

I'm going to give a shot at making "star downloader" portable.

Bryce had an article about a freeware program that could download updates and a few other programs automatically. However if you find yourself downloading them a lot, why dont you just put them on CD or flash drive and carry them with you?
