Default reccomendation for diagnostic software

Hi Everyone
I have been very happy with the diagnostic software i have been using for the last few years for hardware diagnostis and stressing out the system but i think it might be time to reasearch for tyhe best and most uptodate software for doing this. Can any one recommend various software for testing hardware and stressing out pc systems. For example i currently use PCCheck for testing HDD and Memtest for testing memory, i am looking for a variation of diagnostic software, any advice will be greatly appretiated.
Thanks in advance
JayTech

I use a combination of PC Check, various manufacturer's hard drive tests (because PC Check isn't perfect. UBCD has most tests.), memtest, Passmark Burn in Test.
Other than that, I keep on hand plenty of test parts and a lot of tech intuition.

Thanks for the reply i am downloading UBCD at the moment after reading about it in Bryce's WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\CONFIG\SOFTWARE missing or corrupt article. I am going to give this tool a good look over once it is downloaded.
Thanks again
J
