I think the risk of a cashflow blip for a small business is very high at present. How much damage will be caused to that business if they are unable to access any of their data?

Maybe I'm a cynical old fart but "the cloud" strikes me as being a high risk for a small business.

I can see the 'cloud' being useful for storage of non-critical data (music, pictures, etc.), or holding backups, but I don't see myself trusting my data entirely to cloud-based storage.

Just revitalising this. I have a few customers that run Office Small Business Live and one has just asked me to port over his website etc to the new Office 365. Ive got all the documentation off the website called Self Transition for Office Live Small Business Customers. The transition must be done by May 1 or you're going to lose the lot by the looks. Is anyone doing any of these transitions, if so what is the time being taken and charges for doing it?
