He had hundreds of thousands of pictures and videos from doing this? Wow...

Adams, MAYBE this will make people think twice before trusting their computer to a $30 tech, but in this economic climate, I doubt it. It sounds like he advertised his services at the university, then installed the software. University students typically don't have much cash. *sigh* All the more reason for people NOT to trust computer repairmen.
