Quick jpg compression

I thought this would be easy to find, but I can't. I'm looking for a photo resizer / jpg compression editor, that I can call from the right click context menu. It seem I could use it regularly. Ideally, it would be something like the "save for web" in PSe.

Anybody know of such a beast?

I found one for a client a few years ago that was built for this exact reason, I'll have another go at finding but no guarantees, was ages ago :S

But it detected automatically when you uploaded to a website and resized automatically to your criteria. not sure if this would be exactly what you need or not but worked fine for the client.

Thanks for looking that up. As you suggest, it's not quite what I need, but it's perfect for a couple of client situations.
