On my personal PC I have a quad core black edition AMD, 4GB ram, win 7 64 bit. Its super fast except for Revo Uninstaller.
When I open it, it takes literally 5 minutes to bring up all the programs, etc. And then when I remove one, the applications uninstaller runs fine, fast and is done, then when the clean up part of revo kicks in, i literally timed it at 8 minutes for it to find leftovers, etc. And when it did, it didnt find much to speak of. Does anyone else have this issue with win 7 64 bit? I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it and I still have the same issues. I have some games and stuff I would like to remove, but dont want to spend all day doing it. Any suggestions or other programs that someone can recommend for removing progs and their leftovers ?

IOBit uninstaller will also remove all the registry entries etc.
Although it can be a bit slow checking for all remnants depending on spec. In saying that your pc is a similar spec to mine, so it shouldnt take too long.

Same issue. Phenom II quad-core, 6GB RAM, Win7 x64, all runs fast as lightning, except for Revo....
Tried some stuff, to no avail. Don't really worry about it. I'm sure the problem is Revo, not my hardware. Nevertheless Revo still is my no.1 choice for what it does (good and thorough). Edit: read your post again and have to confess that the 5 and 8 minutes you mention are way beyond my timings. Sorry.
