Just finished watching it... has some good advice. I thing everyone should take the time to listen to this.
Maybe your contract isn't up to snuff, maybe you don't have everyone sign something when they leave off a computer... maybe you should. I've passed this on to a web designer/ programmer friend of mine who I heard complaining recently about a client.

Very good advice.
summarized if you are a professional have a lawyer & a contract Don't just sing stuff stick to the contract If their lawyer is there, yours need to be too
