Just found a sweet office spot!
It's small but perfect for my needs for now and located exactly where I wanted to be. And the icing on the cake...$250 smackeroons per month with all utilities included. Signage done for another $250.
Needless to say, signing up tomorrow  Man I'm stoked, feeling like a big boy now

wow...that's really affordable! A tiny office here, in a decent spot (exposed to traffic) is like $700.00 a month, and like $1000 for signage.

This is a rural area with 2 ways out and I'm on the main drag (A1A if anyone's familiar with Florida) leading to those 2 ways out. Meaning I've got all the commuters passing by to work in the big city. (or on their way to Best Buy)
I'll definitely get some pics up soon as I get moved in.

A1A is Beach Front. At least it is in central Florida. I use to live outside of Daytona Beach. I have no idea what part of Florida your talking about but that has to be one Hell of a deal. I know in Central Florida you can't even rent a park bench on A1A for $250 a month.

I'm in Yulee, north of Jacksonville. If you go east on A1A you run into Fernandina / Amelia Island. Just north of here is Georgia.
The pic is Google streetview heading west on A1A. My location is in the building to the right. Other tenants include real estate, lawyer, something to do with salvation army and me. US 17 is a block west and I-95 about 5 miles west.

 Not looking currently but just did a quick check. $400 is the cheapest advertised (rightly so, based on its location) with $700+ being pretty average.
