Customer was a high school teacher I had years ago. She was complaining of a BSOD when she would try to upload pics from the onboard card reader. Updated drivers for the reader, all is well. The DVD drive was also stuck, pulled out my trusty paperclip, again, all is well. All in all, pretty simple job, just glad to get the first paid one out of the way, now just to keep them coming.

Many congrats. There is no feeling like the one, where the first job was a winner, and you have earned something out of it.

Each one from here on in will feel the same. Although there will be times, when you feel like banging your head against the wall, either from something not quite going to plan, or the client from hell.
