Is this even possible? If the drive is mounted, I can back it up to a network drive, but its not encrypted. I want to backup already encrypted files.
I cant seem to find any info on doing this with truecrypt, is there a better solution. p.s., as much as nine, mozy, or carbonite say they encrypt my data, its always safer to make sure, than to take their word for it. |

If you use a container file then you can backup that container. If you've encrypted the entire drive then I don't think you can since those services backup files not drives.

so I guess I can make the container the same size as the drive, then move my files over.
if so, that makes more sense. |

Yeah unless those services have a limit on the size of any individual file size.
Even if they don't there might be a problem with backing up a file of several hundred gigabytes. |
