AdobeUpdater.exe

I am having heck of a time with this AdobeUpdate.exe , its eating half of my process always at 50%.
When i 'End Process' it is still there?!!
any suggestion on how i can remove it?

Try killing it with something like process explorer it can also give you some more details. It should only run when adobe is doing an update so I would try to kill all things adobe and then try and do a manual update.

I thought it could be a false file as I thought the real adobe update program was named that. I suggested using Process Explorer as it will show vendor and location of files running.
