Has anyone bought anything from this website? If so, how is the service, the return process, general quality of ordering from this site?

It's a great site. They also own CompUSA. (or what CompUSA stores are still open)

I prefer NewEgg because of better prices but I have used Tigerdirect several times.

If you use TD you should sign up for a Business to Business account.
Most things are cheaper, they will work with you on shipping costs and let you know when items will hit the sales list.
Call the b2b number on the site, my account manager is Curtis Gunn, I can vouch for him.

tigerdirect is good, I use both tigerdirect and newegg for years and no problems yet, I have a business account and personal account I check both so get the best price

I've found that on most things Newegg isn't cheaper. Is a Business TD account cost money?

I've ordered my Sata connectors as well as my last tool kit from them. Decent prices and turnaround. No complaints from me-

i have used both never had a problem with either. although it seems like when i compare prices on the products themselves between tiger and newegg they are usually the same price.

but newegg likes to sprinkle in free shipping or very cheap shipping on a lot of items, so it seems like i normally come out a couple bucks cheaper when i order multiple items from newegg.

also you can not beat how quick newegg ships. ive never really compared them in depth but it also seems like newegg has a slightly more liberal return policy than tiger.
