E-Commerce Site Creation

Hi Guys,

Firstly, I'd like to point out that I am a techie who specialises in Tech Support. Website development is not one of my strengths! Hence why I am on here looking for some assistance....


I have had a call from a flooring company looking for a website to be setup with e-commerce in mind, it would be an on going job with setup, configuration and maintenance all in mind.

I would be ever so grateful if anybody could enlighten me on best route to take and exactly how to go about this before I decide whether or not to take job on....
