For me its the colors. I feel like I went to a time machine back to a geocities site.

It doesn't have that computer repair or professional feel. Especially with what looks to be make up brushes on the side and make up at the top.
The image quality is poor, you can see JPEG compression artifacts. Not to be too mean, but I would start over from scratch, and possibly use a CMS like WordPress, Joomla, Drupal or even E107. |

FWIW, wordpress is a great platform to get a pro-looking site up quickly and easily. Themes are only about $30 (lots of free avialable too), whack in a bit of quality stock photography and some good copy and you're done
![]() No offence, but Im not keen on your business name. To me it looks unprofessional. It might have better impact if it was encapsulated in a proper logo, but when I see it on your page I dont get a strong impression of Professional Image

The colors are a bit painful for my eyes. Maybe change the color scheme and see how that works. I don't mind the simplicity of the site, it is very much like mine.
