Office 2003 Macros

I have a customer who uses Macros ( i believe) to open word documents like Fax cover letters just standard forms they were all lost in an hard drive crash and would like to replace them. Can anyone point me to a web site that would have instructions on how this can be recreated. Should not be to difficult uses like control M and the memo open, thanks in advance

You can create a macro by using the macro recorder to record a sequence of actions,
