Lightbulb Enabler 2.0

Made a newer version of my program Enabler from this thread.
Basically the program resets reg entries that viruses usually use to block you from running some windows programs, you check mark the things you want re-enabled (regedit, cmd prompt, taskmgr, folder option)

This version I added the ability to:
  • reset windows AV,Firewall, and Security notifications
  • Remove proxy from IE
  • Reset homepage to Google.com
  • Reset HOSTS file permission and file attributes, open it in notepad, then reset attributes when done.

DOWNLOAD ENABLER2 HERE

I've only tested on Windows XP so far but it should work on vista and 7. It should prompt for admin permissions when first run on those versions. Please let me know if you find any bugs or if the icons look funky on the gui, I was pulling icons from shell32.dll for the gui and may not look the same for all versions.

Looks fine here (Win7) perhaps add a few more pixels to the right so it gives hosts and homepage a little more breathing room... my only visual gripe. Icons worked great. http://gyazo.com/57cb6739090f368daff048301bc9f475.png

Thanks for the tool! I only tested hosts edit, as my lab system obviously doesn't need any of the rest, but will test when I can on my VMs.

Worked fine on my 7x64. Added it to my "Post-Repair Cleanup" folder.
