That splash at the end made me think...
I don't think that guy has ever had to clean a macbook before.

I was thinking the same thing....either that, or he specifically wants a Unibody Macbook that is very easy to clean.

Or else he thinks Macs don't need to be cleaned, because he assumes they don't break? I've had plenty of customers that have thought that way..
