HP Desktop
HP Desktop boots to welcome screen but then shuts keyboard and mouse down on usb connection. Tried switching ports no results. Any suggestions?

have you tried booting to a live disc?

I actually let it sit til it went to sleep and when I powered it back up the keyboard and mouse were working.
