Mesh Computers Warning
Hi everyone,
Just like to warn all UK techs to avoid Mesh Computers like the plague, no matter how good their deals maybe. Unbelievably bad customer service!! You can read our full experience of Mesh Computers customer service on our blog. I'm updating it as the issue evolves. Also do a quick Google search for 'mesh computers customer service' for plenty more horror stories. James.

send a complaint to google and to call the bank that your with and file a complaint, usually they will credit you your money and then track the problem theirselves...that should speed up your refund a bit

Doing that already. But credit card companies make it a long drawn out process before they agree to take the hit.

This is disgusting service.
I had a client a couple years back who had a MESH machine and it needed to go back to them for repair. When he got it back there was no power. I was called out to take a look as he couldn't wait the 2 weeks to get the machine back from MESH again. When I opened the system up the PSU wasn't even connected to the mainboard. I have been advising people to avoid MESH for years and will do so even more now after reading this.
