Default MSE now an "optional" Windows Update

MSE can now be deployed with Windows Update as an optional update.

Surely this will result in an antitrust lawsuit from the commercial anti-virus providers?

Probably not because its 'Optional'. I'm curious though what it will do if someone choose it on top of an existing AV. Would most clients understand to remove one and not have two running together, I know it comes up with a warning but ( and I haven't tried this yet) would it refuse to install??

If it offers to uninstall whats there then yes a very big lawsuit looms!

So what about businesses that push all updates before deployment or after the system is wiped/restored? I don't wait for auto updates to run at our business, we push them through. So we're not licensed for them. Is this going to create issues there I wonder?
