Surge protection? Holy smokes!
A friend, another tech, just sent me these Youtube vids in an email, demo films from a trade show, showing the effect of electrical surges on typical "surge protectors" and UPSs vs SurgeX products. In them, he shows that the typical surge protector can leak enough voltage and amperage in a surge to smoke whatever is connected to them. I am in no way affiliated with the company, by the way. Really something to consider for your business clients.
