Default OpenERP

Has anyone tried out OpenERP? It's an open source CRM solution. Looks like it has a ton of add on modules as well. I have never used any CRM before, so I don't know how this compares to others. If anyone could take a look who has more experience with CRMs, and let me know what you think of it I would appreciate it.

Here is another one called Request Tracker (RT). This looks promising as a trouble ticket manager along with a lot of other CRM type features.

Again, could someone check this out and let me know how it compares to others? It must be somewhat okay.... NASA uses it.

OpenERP is more of an ERP solution than a CRM application. Its not fair for me to give a comparison. There are more than 500 modules installable. You can find the comparison at http://www.evaluationmatrix.com/comparison

Have a look at vtiger, it's an Open Source CRM multi-platform solution, I use it for my business and it works great. As rahulnair as said above OpenERP is an Enterprise Resource Planning system and is not best suited to a small business, CRM is your best option.
