Anyone know of a free flash drive cloner? I use EASEUS to clone hard drives but it does not work for flash drives. I tried a google search and I couldn't find what I was looking for.

hmm in what situation? Usually you only put documents on it so you can clone by "drag-n-drop". Or do you want to clone lets say a bootable usb-drive?

I've used Roadkil's software in the past:
Disk Image will image the used data into a file RawCopy will copy all sectors to another device

Perhaps it's a bootable USB drive with a multitude of utilities and he would like to have a few of them.

Makes sense... I can honestly say I just learned something. I was getting tired of creating new portable app flash drives. This will make my life easier!!

I use this; http://www.alexpage.de/usb-image-tool/ . I open the resulting .IMG files with UltraISO to get at the individual files but 7Zip can handle them too.
