Has anyone come across this problem. I have a DELL Latitude that gives this error when booting. If I press F12 and select HDD to boot it boots fine.
----------------------------------------------------------- Initializing MBA, Press cntrl alt B to configure. Then it goes to a screen that says Managed PC Boot Agent (MBA) V4.30 (BIOS INTEGRATED) COPYRIGHT 2000 Lanworks Technologies Co. a sbusidiary of 3Com Corp. All rights reserved... A few seconds go by and it will say UNDI Initialize failed, no media detected. Press a key to continue.

What did you check so far?. Did you google "Initializing MBA" and "UNDI Initialize failed" to see if it helps you ?. Lots of other "did you" questions, but come on.....

it's saying it can't start your network interface, but why? maybe it's bad. but sometimes it's just the hard drive, replace the drive, and see if you can put an os on there then.
If it has bios from 2000 it's a 10 year old hard drive too ? see what i mean?
