Best Buy Europe looking as DSGi

Just seen this which looks interesting... with Best Buy's Geek Squad and DSG International's "The TechGuys" seems as though if that went ahead they'd have a pretty substantial hold on the "big-box" computer repair, and retail (DSG owns PC World, Currys, Dixons), side of things.

Surely though, much like anything else nowadays, some body would stop it as it would be too big? (like tmobile buying orange...)

In the UK they only operate Carphone Warehouse anyway and DSGI operates PCWORLD and Curry's so I am not sure it would be that big. It would also mean the Geek Squad and Techguys would end up being merged.

If anything it limits competition and that is good for us guys.
