I'm getting the following warning during the startup of solidworks: "WARNING! SolidWorks is missing one or more files it needs to run properly. Re-install SolidWorks before proceeding. If you do not re-install, lightweight assemblies will not save properly."
And afterwards I get the "Error creating instance of MSXML2: OMDocument" prompt.I installed every component (premium) installation. Do you guys know what is the problem here? tried atleast 10 times to repair and reinstall. installed on my laptop worked fine, but i bought it for and need on desktop please help -thanks MB Last edited by mainbeam; 12-03-2007 at 06:06 AM. |

Try installing the MSXML libraries again?
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...displaylang=en http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...DisplayLang=en http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...displaylang=en After that do a windows update to get all the security fixes for those. I would also run Dial-A-Fix and check off everything. Reboot and see if its working then. |
