Hey Technibblers,

I've just found a new way to fix my clients/family's computers remotely. It's called CrossLoop. I used the remote help from XP Pro for years until a few days ago. It's now painless for both me and the other person.

Yep it is a very useful tool I been using it for about 2 years now.
It saves me a trip to the Client home or office and I do it for half the cost or use it under contract clients I save time and they save money.
