Tell us a little about yourself
I'm a middle aged divorced grandad with a passion for music, books & computers.

What country do you live in?
United Kingdom.
England.
South London, to be precise.

What is your current experience? (Years working on computers, in the business, certifications etc..)
Have been into computers since the VIC-20. Progressed through the 64 and Amiga to PCs in the mid-90s.
A friend built my first Win95 box and I've been fixing, upgrading and building them ever since.


Are you self looking to start a computer business, already have one, working for someone else or something else?
I was made redundant at the end of November last year and have had no success in finding work in the profession I have experience in - Parts Advisor for cars, vans & trucks (proper ones, not just pick-ups).
I have worked my way through CompTIA A+ home based courses but not taken the exams yet due to the expense.
Have recently decided that, since work isn't looking great, I should press forward with certification and work at starting up a repair business. The website is up and it has a facebook page, too.

Anything else you would like to share? hobbies etc..

I was looking for info on IT guys' tools and stumbled on TN a couple of weeks ago; couldn't believe the valuable advice on the main site and kept coming back, bookmarking individual pages.
Still trying to get my head around successful SEO for my site though!
