Critique my newspaper ad I'm going to run

Just got the first draft from the newspaper, pleas make some suggestions to changes that should be made

The ad is 2.5 inches in length and a width of 1.25inches

Can you scrap "locally owned" and put another service there? That's a given, right?

Hit Ctrl (-) and take it down to the size it is supposed to be on your screen. Notice how the words in your bullet list become almost unreadable?

Now, take out the word "Any" and put $20 OFF in the center. us that space to remove one of the categories. I would take out "Locally Owned" because that's obvious by the fact you are advertizing in the local paper (and your area code shows that). Next, enlarge the list's font a bit and Change "Data Recovery" to Data Rescue. Remove the word "Support" from Internet & Email and that should improve things.

Also, remove "RINCON DYNAMIC" shown in bold above "Call for a Free Quote" and replace it with RINCONDYNAMIC.COM. Now, Enlarge your Phone Number so it dominates the bottom line.

I think if you do the above, it will be more easily read and noticed.

Here is one I just sent them to have changed. I didn't care for the one they designed me so I fired up ol photoshop and designed my own

You made some of the changes that were suggested except for the main one I think. I believe the suggestions were made so you could increase the font size in some of the areas. On my screen it looks like some of the text actually is smaller now.

I can assure you the size is now bigger and I have printed both out and the one with the changes is easier to read

+1, It's less cluttered, more simple, stands out better, and definitely easier to read.

Your right hand column in the middle white section needs right justified (maybe left). Your center justify makes the whole white area hard to read.
