Windows are blank windows 7

In windows 7 some windows are blank, tried running tdsskiller i get the window frame everything inside is blank and buttons are blank.
Scanned with kaspersky rescue cd found nothing, tried chkdsk fixed a few things, sfc didn't find anything either.
Has anyone ran into this problem before?.

Corrupt theme ? Corrupt profile ?

Change theme and/or create a new user and see if it carries over there.

By any chance do you have Virtual Clone Drive installed on that machine? It was a big problem w/ blank windows and windows 7 due to an incompatability.
