I am still learning PCRT and love it. As a matter of fact, I have one of the local businesses that I have shown my POS system to that has asked me to customize it to their needs and was shocked at the price that Luke and the team has put on it, compared to quickbooks, which they hate already.

PCRT and D7 have been my best purchases this year. We used to write job numbers on sticky labels and on ‘luggage ticket‘ string attached labels (for laptop bags etc) but the Dymo labels are a much more professional looking solution. We've never had a complaint about labels ever since 2003. On desktops they go on the back or bottom and on laptops they usually go inside the battery compartment. We use the luggage tickets on the charger cables with label on the ticket. These can be easily removed when the customer collects their laptop.

We label everything. Right on top. And the houselable brand is not easy to remove, its quite hard. I like that. Customers can always find our number. We very often see them bring back their computers and etc with the sticker still on them. The only thing we do not leave the stick on is iPhones.

I have a high end zebra label printer. Does anyone have software or a script that would allow me to create either barcodes like previously mentioned, or numerical tracking numbers?
