SBS 2011 Essentials RDS CALs

I've set up a SBS 2011 Essentials server which my client access remotely using remote desktop. It was all working swimmingly until now. They want to be able to use remote desktop simultaneously on more than 2 accounts. I have been told they will need to purchase "Windows Server 2008 Remote Desktop Services (5-User Client Access License)". I just want some confirmation that this will solve the problem before we shell out the $800. If someone who knows more about this could confirm or deny for me that'd be great.
