Windows 8 won't include Media Center automatically

chances are it is to avoid a law suit like they had to take out IE over here but I used the media player on a laptop running win 8 and it turned a 3 min video in to 6 mins. I installed vlc played and it worked perfectly.

I think you will see the big players putting a bigger spotlight in to the players they include now.
