Default multiple Wake on LAN?

I have a client running a POS server, and she access it via RDP from a computer in her backoffice

right now i have logmein installed in her backoffice, and it works great from the office.. but the only flaw is she has to keep her backoffice up 24/7

is there a way to wake on lan, then wake on lan again to the rdp session to the POS server?

Wake-on-LAN shouldn't be a problem. Even accross the internet (wake on wan).
I'm a bit confused what you mean by this:
