I checked my auto insurance company. (State Farm). I had to change policy from a personal policy to a commerical policy. . For me the cost increase was very little.

Same up here in CT......advertising changes it to commercial. If you didn't change your policy and still have it on personal, and you get in an accident, and the adjuster shows up (or they see pics)..and the lettering is still there....you may be denied coverage. Yes I have heard of this actually happening from a friend of mine that DOES insurance for a living and was DIRECTLY involved in one of these cases.

Call to see if you need it changed from personal to commercial...if it does, do so...the difference in price isn't that much.

I checked with state farm insurance. I Had to change my policy from personal to commerical to have magnetic signs on my Truck.

what is the price difference between personal vs commercial? is it like 5-20 dollars or more?
