I can't seem to put my finger on this issue here. Any of you guys seen this before?

Looks like its displaying the alternative text instead of icons and image links.

Looks like the high contrast theme in the accessibility center in the control panel has been turned on.

Looks like it's set to "high contrast" or whatever that is called, for the visually impaired.

Check your accessibility settings.

I've seen it about once every 3 years and, each time, I have to bang my head on the wall to remember how I undid it the last time. Each time, I pour through the browser's options until I realize it's not just the one browser.

Eventually, I remember to look in the Accessibility/Ease of Access options. I'm 90% sure that's where I found the fix last time.
