Riduculous they can tie in for that long these days!

Only thing I've done if offset my cut off and BT coming in just in case so I can cancel BT and stop VM cutoff if necessary.

So far no Manager called back over my complaint, if I have to call back I def wont be happy!

Finally someone that doesn't make my connection look horrible. My package is 15/1 but generally average about 17/1.
