I'm going to have the ability soon to setup recurring billing through my payment processor. What's better is that I also have ACH capabilities for 65 cents per transaction, much cheaper than running a credit card. I've got several clients buying regular services on a monthly basis. These included hosting, backup, managed AV, Hosted Exchange, RMM, etc...
In cases where my client is large, with multiple layers of management and separation of accounting functions, am I going to find it challenging to get them to agree to auto-debit? Any experience or advice is appreciated. |

Who is your payment processor?

Me, technically. I own a company (with a partner) that does that.

The only clients I've ever had flinch at auto-debit are residential. Business clients have never given it a second thought.
