There is not a clear path for your eyes to follow. Nothing stands out that draws their attention and leads the eye path to where you want it to go. Make it absolutely clear what you want people to do.

You will have to change the date. and in downloads you will have to change the bit that says this is some text. the electronics repair is that laptops computers need a bit guidance for the customers. PR3 very good

looks pretty good and very fast load time. the only sugestion I may have is to place maybe some pictures in the frontpage. or maybe place the microsoft and acrbo logo in the frontpage

For me it was hard to read the word "bench" in your title, may just be the color scheme you used. The bottom of the site seems to be to large in my opinion. Otherwise it doesn't seem to be to bad.
