I've had good luck buying older OSes from Ebay, they are available with or without the key and are usually pretty cheap.

i meant it didnt need verifying online to run like the newer versions do and op says he already has a key for it.

Windows 95 is useless for anything other than a word processor. No modern browsers will work on it and getting and there is very poor USB support.

If it will run XP Pro, it will run Lubuntu .
