Tell us a little about yourself
I've been around the United States and Europe working in the computer repair industry. Between working for others, and opening my own shop in my hometown, I've learned alot in the industry. I'm currently partnered with a good friend of mine (some say that's not the best thing to do, but we will see). I worked in a small shop in Dublin, Ireland during my 2 year visit there, but due to personal issues, I had to return to the US, and I left the business to a co-worker of mine. I moved to Minnesota where I partnered with a great guy named Brian (who is somewhere on the forums), but once again, had to move on and come to my home town on the east coast. Now I'm here, continuing where I left off before I left! What country do you live in? I live in the USA, and spend 2.5 years in Dublin, Ireland. What is your current experience? (Years working on computers, in the business, certifications etc..) I've worked in IT for 9 years. 2 Years certified, and 3 years professionally. I have my associates degree in Information Technology, and my BA in Computer Science. I've ComTIA A+ certified and am constantly trying to grow my knowledge! Are you self looking to start a computer business, already have one, working for someone else or something else? I'm currently partnered with a good friend of mine, running a company in Baltimore called Geek 4 Hire. You can check us out online and on facebook. Anything else you would like to share? hobbies etc.. When I'm not working on computers, I enjoy going to the clubs in Baltimore and Washington DC, marketing of course (I am always handing out business cards) and I use to DJ, which I am somewhat getting back into on the side. |

Thank you guys for the welcoming
What part of Maryland are you from? I hate competition...not in a bad way; I prefer to work together with my competition...does that sound weird? Well, with my experience...it usually works out best for both parties! I'll explain more, if you are interested lol-Jon |
