Canon Imageclass MF6540

Hi all

I have and a Canon Imageclass MF6540 with a nasty paper jam.

I've removed a lot of the paper but I am having a difficult time with the paper stuck behind the fuser. There is small pieces of paper stuck that I can't even reach with a pair of needle nose pliers.

Do you guys recommend anything?
Do you guys know where I can possibly download the service guide?

I called Canon and they will not provide it.
