SARDU isn't free for commercial use.

I have costs to keep this project updated: hardware, domains etc.

You can use xBoot (last version july 2011) or yumi (don't support PE and multiple installer, the installer of XP etc etc).

You can use EasyBCD only for the installer (24.95$ one license, others 15$)

Alternatively you can do everything by hand with multiple partitions.

I'm working to technicians license (10€ one license)

Price is good and Im happy to pay for such a great system. Been using it long time and have no problem with investing in a license for commercial use.

Cheers for the reply Davide, I'm having some real trouble with getting Vista on any stick at the moment. I have tried with 3 or 4 different ISO's all clean versions, I have tried on a XP machine and a 7 machine, with just Vista going on the stick and with just Vista and Puppy. It always does the same thing, goes to unpack the Vista ISO then just takes and age and then closes with no error. The odd thing is I have had it working two or three times and now I just don't know whats different. I saw on a thread on the other forum about boot something .exe being missing from some peoples files, I cant seem to see that file either.
