Check out mRemote I use it at my FTJ for our VM's.

Used to use mRemote a lot...found RDCManager a while ago and initially thought it was cool, but I still find start ==> Run ==> mstsc /console and start typing and down arrow (through the MRU list) to the server I want to connect to is fastest.

+1 swear by this. Use a portable version that I can take anywhere with me. Also handles SSH/FTP/SCP connections as well.
