ESET and Kaspersky require a yearly subscription. For those that resell these products, do your clients return to you to renew their subscription the following year?

You need to take the initiative to contact them before their license expires,

Kaspersky reselling is more targeted towards people who are selling to businesses of at least 5 licenses or so. They cannot renew through Kaspersky and must go through a reseller as Kaspersky does not compete with their resellers in this market.
