Rodel is an unknown quantity at this point
Default main partition is mark as "raw"

a pc was reported to me that it is rebooting itself.. there was a blue screen but even ubcd could not try to prevent from automatic restart. i tried UBCD but with no luck drive c was unknown...the disk has two partition...the main partition is mark as unknown but the other partition is ok... when i right click it and then properties, the file system was "raw".. could anyone help me...? the hard disk is a seagate 40GB,win xp....thanks... GOd bless...

You can try booting to the recovery console and running chkdsk /r. Has worked for me quite a few times.

Sounds like the partition has been deleted and recreated, but not reformatted. TestDisk might help.
