Get Listed as a Contractor for Work

Hi everyone,

I wanted to know how does one become a source for contract/warranty work?

I know with Dell you sign up on there web site as a partner of some kind - pay the yearly fee & take an easy on-line test (you can use there web site during the test).
There are a couple of levels so read closely. I did this when I was in Corp. America a few years ago.
