Starting to charge coworkers

Hey all,
I’ve been reading all the good articles on this website for awhile now.
I’m currently a network admin for a major corp. Like many of you guys I do computer work on the side, I just recently made it more “official” I had business cards made and I’m going to start advertising more.
I’ve done plenty of freebee’s in the past for coworkers, which I won’t be doing that anymore, the problem is that it’s hard to start charging my coworkers because the 2 other computer guys I work with have no problems working on a coworkers computer for nothing.
Anyone else have this problem?
